Incubator / In session No. 001
Illustrative example, live proposals will appear here
Lumen Index.
One curated project at a time: from a Nervos Community Fund proposal and vote, to an all-or-nothing, non-custodial CKB funding round we run ourselves.
Stages
- 01 Proposal Nervos CCF DAO Published, 30-day deliberation
- 02 Vote Nervos CCF DAO Closed, did not reach quorum
- 03 Funding Operated by LCL Opening soon
Stage 01 / Proposal
A fast, open-source indexer that makes CKB cell data queryable in milliseconds.
The ask. Fund a year of full-time work to build and maintain a public indexer the whole CKB ecosystem can build on, with open APIs and self-host guides.
Why now. Every dApp re-implements the same cell-scanning code. A shared, fast, free indexer removes that tax for every team that comes after.
Team. Two engineers who have shipped CKB tooling before, building in the open from day one.
Milestones. M1 core indexer and query API. M2 self-host kit and docs. M3 hosted public endpoint with uptime reporting.

Why we curated this: shared infrastructure compounds. A free, fast indexer makes every future CKB project cheaper to build, and that is exactly the kind of public good we want to put our name behind.

Stage 02 / Vote, Nervos CCF DAO
The community votes on the Nervos Community Fund platform, weighted by each voter's Nervos DAO deposit. This page mirrors the tally, it is not a ballot.
A proposal passes only if For is above 51% AND total CKB voted reaches the quorum (three times the budget). This vote cleared the threshold but fell short on quorum.

The fork
The vote stalled.
We back it anyway.
Quorum is a turnout bar, not a verdict. This proposal had support but not the numbers to clear it. We think it should exist, so LusoCryptoLabs is opening a funding round.
Stage 03 / Funding round, Operated by LCL
All or nothing.
Contribute in CKB to a non-custodial on-chain escrow. If the target is reached by the deadline, the funds release to the build. If it is not, every contribution is returned in full. We never hold your keys.
All or nothing: if the target is not met by the deadline, every contributor is refunded in full by the escrow contract. No funds are captured unless the round succeeds.
Funding rounds open when LusoCryptoLabs decides to back a project. This round is not open yet.

Every project we feature stays on the record, including the rounds that did not fund. That is the point.
